如何將Mac上的MySQL升級

0 由於Mac上有些東西需要手動進行設定,同時也比較缺乏自動升級的程式,許多升級動作都必須要自己手動進行,為了讓沒接觸過的朋友也能自己進行升級,因此將我的升級過程記錄下來分享給大家,希望對大家能有所幫助。 首先,先到 MySQL官方網站下載需要的MySQL 安裝程式後,以SSH形式登入Mac主機。 停止運行中的MySQL Server

sudo /usr/local/mysql/support-files/mysql.server stop

接下來點選下載下來的.pkg檔案,跟著安裝指示進行MySQL Server系統安裝。 再將新安裝的目錄以 ln -s 的方式指到 /usr/local/mysql (有需要的話需要先刪除指到舊的連結) 將舊版本下的/data 目錄複製到新版本目錄下,

sudo mv /usr/local/mysql-5.6.14-osx10.7-x86_64/data /usr/local/mysql-5.6.14-osx10.7-x86_64/dataold

也可以用複製的方式進行,看個人喜好:

sudo cp -rf /usr/local/mysql-5.5.13-osx10.6-x86_64/data /usr/local/mysql-5.6.14-osx10.7-x86_64/

檢查一下資料的owner是否正確,若不正確需要設定一下:

sudo chown -R _mysql /usr/local/mysql-5.6.14-osx10.7-x86_64/data

接著啟動新版本的MySQL Server

sudo /usr/local/mysql/support-files/mysql.server start

進行升級指令:

/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_upgrade

完成後,記得重新啟動MySQL Server

sudo /usr/local/mysql/support-files/mysql.server restart

如果有需要的話,設定一下密碼:

/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqladmin -u root password 'yourpasswordhere'
